1. Choose your starting configuration
Begin with a standard board or one of our custom shape references. Tell us the intended activity, dimensions, colour palette, preferred window configuration and quantity. The minimum order is one paddle board or one floating platform.
2. Prepare your artwork and requirements
Send the logo or artwork you have permission to use. A vector file is useful for clean scaling; clear images and colour references help communicate the look. Point out which parts of the design are essential and which are open to suggestions. Standard accessories are unbranded unless an alternative is agreed.
3. Review the design and price
We agree the requested configuration and price before payment. After payment and receipt of your complete brief, the first design is provided within one working day. DSPR sends a design for review. Check dimensions, spelling, logo placement, colours, deck layout and included accessories together. Modification costs depend on the request: we agree any charge before production. If you are not satisfied with the design we send, you may cancel for a refund under our returns policy.
4. Confirm, then manufacture
Production follows design confirmation. Paddle boards take about 10 days in production and about 15 days in transit. Floating platforms take about 45 days in production and about 60 days in transit. These are estimates, so discuss your destination and any event date before confirming your project. Before dispatch, we proactively send photos or a video of your finished product.
5. Know what happens after approval
You may cancel without charge and receive a full refund before production starts, including after design approval. Once production of a custom or personalised product has started, cancellation because you change your mind is not refundable. Rights relating to quality issues, lost shipments and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Custom-made and personalised products are not eligible for non-quality returns.
