From your first enquiry to dispatch

Share your brief
Tell DSPR the product, quantity, size, colours, logo and destination. We clarify your requirements and confirm a product and delivery quote directly.

Review your design
After payment and receipt of your complete brief, the first design is provided within one working day. Review the layout with DSPR before production; modification costs depend on the request.
- 03
Confirm production
We make the agreed configuration after design confirmation. If you cancel before production starts, there is no cancellation charge; once production has started, change-of-mind cancellation is not refundable.
- 04
See it before it ships
DSPR proactively sends finished-product photos or a video before dispatch, then arranges the agreed delivery. Estimated DDP freight includes import duties and taxes to eligible addresses.

Shipping & deliveryDoes custom work have a minimum quantity?
The minimum is one paddle board or one floating platform. Reference prices apply to the standard configuration; special dimensions, construction, fittings and accessories are quoted separately.
Are design changes free?
This depends on the actual request. DSPR confirms the configuration and any modification or upgrade costs before production.
Can I return a personalised product if I change my mind?
Personalised products do not have a voluntary change-of-mind return option. You may cancel without charge before production begins. Quality issues and applicable mandatory consumer rights are handled under our returns and warranty policy.
Is the delivery estimate the final charge?
No. Address, quantity, custom dimensions and transport conditions can change the freight. DSPR confirms the final quote. Remote areas and outlying islands are excluded.
