Cookies & local storage
What this website stores in your browser and how you can control it.

Essential website services
Hosting and security services may use cookies for sign-in, access protection, session integrity and protection against abuse. Blocking essential cookies may prevent access or normal operation.
Language preferences
The key dspr-language uses local storage to remember your language. No shopping bag is saved. Clear the site browser data to remove your preference.
Saved enquiry drafts
Choosing Save draft or Save draft & continue stores the form text, contact details, product and design selections in this browser tab under dspr-enquiry-draft. Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours and are not sent to DSPR or Google Analytics. Files are not included. Use Clear saved draft or Discard saved draft to remove it; sending the enquiry form also clears the saved draft.
Optional WhatsApp click statistics
If you accept optional analytics, DSPR also stores a random per-click reference, the time, page language, public source and current page paths, and selected product for WhatsApp contact-button clicks. These statistics do not contain your name, email, phone number, message, draft text or IP address. No visitor identifier or additional cookie is created. Reports cover at most the last 90 days; expired records are removed in bounded batches when new clicks arrive. A click does not tell us whether you sent a WhatsApp message. Reject or withdraw analytics consent through Cookie preferences to stop future recording.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. It uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits, with a configured lifetime of up to 180 days. We store your choice in dspr-analytics-consent in local storage for up to 180 days. Rejecting analytics leaves product browsing and enquiry functions available. You can accept, reject or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing disables analytics and removes its first-party cookies on this site. We do not use advertising pixels.
External services and your controls
WhatsApp, email services and YouTube pages you choose to open may use their own storage under their own notices. Use your browser privacy settings to review, delete or block cookies and storage. Questions: rio@dsprsup.com.
YouTube videos
Product and workshop videos are hosted on YouTube. The embedded player loads only when you choose to play it; YouTube may then receive connection and device information and use its own storage under its privacy terms. You can also choose to open the video directly on YouTube.
