Popular questions
Can I order just one board or platform?
Yes. The minimum order is one paddle board or one floating platform, including custom projects. Choose a standard design or contact us to plan your own.
Can I add my own logo and colours?
Yes. Send your logo or artwork, preferred colours and the board or platform you have in mind. We confirm the design, configuration and any price changes before production.
How much is delivery, and are import duties included?
Estimated DDP freight is about $60 per paddle board or $800 per floating platform to eligible US and Europe addresses. Estimates include duties and import taxes. Final freight may change with your address, quantity, custom dimensions and transport conditions; DSPR confirms it in your quote. Remote areas and outlying islands are excluded. The pedal fishing SUP has its own estimated DDP freight of $100 per unit.
How does a custom order work?
Choose your starting model and share your requirements. We agree the requested configuration and price before payment. After payment and receipt of your complete brief, we send your first design within one working day. Production starts after you confirm the design, followed by DDP delivery.
Is there a warranty?
DSPR provides a one-year commercial warranty. Quality issues are assessed for repair or replacement depending on their severity. This warranty is additional to your mandatory consumer rights and does not reduce them.
