- An inflation pump and repair kit are included. Confirm anchoring arrangements and any additional equipment separately for your location.
- Custom dimensions and layout
- Discuss dimensions, colours, logos, seating and deck layout. DSPR confirms the configuration and any changes to price before production.
- Before dispatch
- DSPR proactively sends finished-product photos or a video before dispatch. Check the supplied setup instructions and the agreed configuration.
Can I request a different size or layout?
Yes. Custom dimensions, colours, logos and layout changes can be discussed from one platform. Share your intended use, available space and preferred seating so DSPR can confirm a configuration and quote.
How much is platform delivery?
Estimated DDP freight is about $800 per platform to eligible US and Europe addresses, including import duties and taxes and delivery to your address. Final freight is confirmed for your destination, quantity, dimensions and transport conditions. Remote areas and outlying islands are excluded.
When should I start planning?
Allow about 45 days for production after design confirmation and about 60 days in transit. Tell DSPR about any event date early; these lead times are estimates and arrival dates must be confirmed for your project.
