Information we receive
We receive information you choose to send, such as your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, product selection, design files, order details and support messages. Reviews can include a name or initials, country, rating, text, product, date and photographs. Hosting and security services may receive IP addresses, device and browser information, requested pages and technical logs.
How and why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare designs and quotes, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, handle warranty and refund requests, publish moderated reviews, protect the website and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the bases are steps before a contract or contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in customer support and security, and consent for optional activities. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Website enquiries and browser preferences
This website is a product catalogue and enquiry service. It has no shopping bag, online checkout or payment processing. Your language preference is stored in your browser. Contact details are sent to DSPR only when you submit the enquiry form; email and WhatsApp drafts are sent through the service you choose.
Saved enquiry drafts
Choosing Save draft or Save draft & continue stores the form text, contact details, product and design selections in this browser tab under dspr-enquiry-draft. Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours and are not sent to DSPR or Google Analytics. Files are not included. Use Clear saved draft or Discard saved draft to remove it; sending the enquiry form also clears the saved draft.
Website enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, reply email, required WhatsApp number with country code, selected product, topic, message, language and source page in our private enquiry system. We also notify our team through Alibaba enterprise email; replying to that notification addresses your reply email. A previous website, if supplied by your browser, is stored only as its site origin without its page path or query. We use these details to answer by email and follow up on your request, including on WhatsApp. Your contact number is not sent to Google Analytics. WhatsApp opens a draft that you choose to send.
Files you attach
Files attached to the enquiry form are stored privately with your request and can be downloaded only by authorised DSPR administrators. We use the files to understand your design and prepare your quote. File names and contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Our email notification lists the file names and directs our team to the protected enquiry dashboard. WhatsApp does not receive these attachments automatically; you choose which files to send in that chat. Please send only files you are entitled to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information. Attached files follow the retention and rights provisions below.
Optional WhatsApp click statistics
If you accept optional analytics, DSPR also stores a random per-click reference, the time, page language, public source and current page paths, and selected product for WhatsApp contact-button clicks. These statistics do not contain your name, email, phone number, message, draft text or IP address. No visitor identifier or additional cookie is created. Reports cover at most the last 90 days; expired records are removed in bounded batches when new clicks arrive. A click does not tell us whether you sent a WhatsApp message. Reject or withdraw analytics consent through Cookie preferences to stop future recording.
Optional Google Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures website visits, product views, contact-channel clicks and successful enquiries. It receives online identifiers, device and browser information, page addresses without query parameters and referrers reduced to the site origin. We do not send names, emails, enquiry messages, destination details or references. Admin and retired checkout/order-status pages are excluded. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Withdraw consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. Google may process data internationally. Privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Reviews and publication
Submitted reviews are stored for moderation. Approved feedback is publicly visible with the identifying details displayed on the review card. Please avoid putting private contact details in a review. To request a correction or removal, email rio@dsprsup.com and identify the feedback concerned.
Service providers and sharing
We share information needed to operate the enquiry service with hosting, security and email providers, and with support or professional advisers where necessary. Delivery information may be shared with logistics providers when preparing a requested quote or supporting a separately agreed project. WhatsApp and email are external services you choose to use. This website does not collect payment-card information or send it to a payment processor. We may disclose records where legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International processing
DSPR is based in China. Information may be processed in China and in countries used by our hosting and communication providers. Privacy protections can differ. Contact rio@dsprsup.com for processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the stated purpose, relevant legal obligations and the handling of claims. Enquiries and design correspondence depend on whether they lead to an order; order records depend on accounting and consumer-law requirements; published reviews remain while displayed or until an applicable removal request is handled. Browser storage is controlled by your browser. We use reasonable access and technical safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, and an appeal or complaint to a privacy regulator. Contact rio@dsprsup.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and explain any lawful limitation. EEA and UK individuals may complain to their local supervisory authority. US state rights apply where the relevant law applies.
Children and policy changes
Purchasing and review submission are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us about removal. Material changes to this policy are reflected by the updated date and, where required, an additional notice or consent request.
YouTube videos
Product and workshop videos are hosted on YouTube. The embedded player loads only when you choose to play it; YouTube may then receive connection and device information and use its own storage under its privacy terms. You can also choose to open the video directly on YouTube.
