How to use this product catalogue, request a quote and discuss a custom project with DSPR.

Company and website purpose

Submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase contract.
Your order and design approval
Confirm your product, dimensions, colours, logo, accessories, total price and delivery destination before production. Orders start from one paddle board or one floating platform. Modification charges depend on the request and must be agreed before work is authorised. You must have permission to use any logo or artwork you supply.
Cancel free before production starts
You may cancel without charge and receive a full refund before production starts, including after design approval. Once production of a custom or personalised product has started, cancellation because you change your mind is not refundable. Rights relating to quality issues, lost shipments and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Reference prices and estimated freight
Estimated DDP freight is about $60 per paddle board or $800 per floating platform to eligible US and Europe addresses. Estimates include duties and import taxes. Final freight may change with your address, quantity, custom dimensions and transport conditions; DSPR confirms it in your quote. Remote areas and outlying islands are excluded. Product reference prices are in USD and apply to the standard configuration shown. Custom changes are quoted separately.
Delivery areas & door-to-door service
Door-to-door delivery is available to eligible standard addresses in the United States and Europe. Remote areas and outlying islands, including US island territories, are not served. If you are unsure, send us your full address and postal code before ordering.
Estimated production & delivery
Paddle boards: about 10 days in production, followed by about 15 days in transit. Floating platforms: about 45 days in production, followed by about 60 days in transit. These are estimated schedules after design confirmation; confirm your configuration and destination with DSPR.
Product images and specifications
Product photographs, colour displays and custom-design references help you choose. Final agreed specifications and the approved design govern a custom order. Device screens may display colours differently. Ask us to confirm dimensions, included accessories and intended configuration before ordering; do not treat an example custom size as a specification of every retail model.
Enquiry and project confirmation
We reply to the contact details you provide to clarify specifications, quantity, custom work and delivery. A displayed reference price or an enquiry acknowledgement is not acceptance of an order. Any project agreement and applicable commercial arrangements are confirmed directly with DSPR. There is no payment form or payment link on this website.
Returns, warranty and use
Our returns, refunds and warranty policy forms part of these terms. The one-year DSPR warranty and design-refund promise do not replace mandatory consumer rights. Use products according to the supplied instructions and relevant local requirements. Contact customer care for product or safety questions.
Problems and disputes
Contact rio@dsprsup.com so we can review a problem with your order. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, rights to approach a competent regulator or court, or other remedies available under applicable law. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights from an existing accepted order.
