DSPR production and product videos: what to look for
Use DSPR workshop and finished-product footage to identify visible details, compare layouts and prepare clear questions about your custom product.
Ask DSPR about a video detail
At a glance
Use workshop clips for visible material handling and finished-product clips for layout details.
Confirm dimensions, construction and the included package for your exact project in writing.
Send DSPR the video title or link, timestamp and one clear question; add dimensions and destination when requesting a quote.
Choose a clip that answers your question
Start with the question you want to answer: how a product is handled in the workshop, how its layout is arranged, or which fittings you want to discuss. DSPR separates production footage from finished-product videos so you can choose the relevant view. In the video library, “Hands at work” is a workshop close-up; “The complete platform” shows a finished blue-and-black canopy platform. Use the clip title and a timestamp when asking about a detail. That gives us a precise reference and makes a short enquiry useful even if you have not chosen a model.
Look at the materials and handling actually visible
The “Hands at work” clip shows people handling blue and light-coloured inflatable material at a workshop machine. It gives you a close view of the material being positioned and handled. If you want to discuss a particular edge, connection or component, mark its position in a screenshot or give the moment in the clip. Ask DSPR which part is shown and whether it relates to your proposed product. The scene alone does not identify a material grade or establish the complete manufacturing process. Keep any request for construction specifications separate and ask for the details of the quoted configuration.
Use finished footage to compare the layout
The finished-platform clip offers a wider view of the Blue Haven example: blue deck, blue canopy and black supporting tubes. Compare the overall arrangement with the product photos, which provide additional views of its U-shaped counter. Use these views to explain where you want open space, a counter or an access point. The listed Blue Haven reference footprint is 3 × 4 m, with custom dimensions available for discussion. A camera angle is not a measuring drawing: ask which dimensions include the canopy or projecting parts, and mark any requested layout changes on a simple sketch.
Turn a visual detail into a specification question
Make a short list of what you can identify and what you still need confirmed. For a platform, this might be the canopy shape, deck layout, handles and the accessories in the written package. For a pedal SUP, first select its own product video and model instead of transferring platform details. Ask for materials, dimensions, inflation instructions, fitting compatibility or load information that matters to your intended use. Product and workshop footage help explain an enquiry; they do not replace written specifications, operating instructions or documented testing. Request the information relevant to the exact design you are considering.
Distinguish example footage from your finished project
The public library contains examples provided by DSPR. Colours, fittings or a layout visible in one clip are not automatically included in every quote. Confirm the model, changes and included items in writing. DSPR also proactively sends actual finished-product photos or video before dispatch for your agreed project. Use that later review to compare the product with the approved design and raise any visible discrepancy directly with us. If a quality issue needs support, send your project reference, description and helpful images; the published one-year warranty provides repair or replacement according to the confirmed issue’s severity.
Send DSPR the clip and the detail you want confirmed
Include the video title or link, timestamp, product or component, and the question you want answered. Add your preferred dimensions, quantity and delivery country or postal code when you are ready for a quote. Include your email and WhatsApp for follow-up. Ask DSPR to confirm the exact configuration, package, any modification costs and estimated delivery rather than assuming the filmed example defines your project. This website accepts enquiries without taking payment. After payment and receipt of the complete brief, the first design is provided within one working day. You can begin with one clear question about what you have seen.
Tell us your preferred size, colours and logo. We will confirm the configuration and any modification costs.
