Delivery quote checklist for your DSPR enquiry

Send the model, quantity, destination, postal code and custom changes for a DSPR delivery quote. Separate reference prices and freight estimates from confirmed costs.

At a glance

  • List each model with its quantity, then give the delivery country and postal code.

  • Describe custom dimensions, package changes and whether your requested date is fixed or flexible.

  • DSPR confirms coverage, configuration, final freight and timing. An enquiry is not an order.

Send the details that make a delivery quote specific

For a DSPR delivery enquiry, send the model, quantity, delivery country and postal code, any custom dimensions or equipment changes, and the date you want to discuss. “Please quote this board with delivery” identifies your interest but leaves the destination and configuration open. You do not need a finished design to start: say which details are confirmed and which need advice. DSPR can then discuss a product-specific quote instead of treating the displayed freight estimate as the cost for every address and custom option.

List each model and quantity separately

Use the product name or page link and put each model on its own line. For example, distinguish Sunset Explorer from Sunrise Explorer even if both requests are for one window SUP. State whether you want the listed standard configuration or a custom version. If you are comparing alternatives rather than requesting all of them, say so. A mixed enquiry for ordinary SUPs, a pedal fishing SUP or a floating platform needs that distinction because their configurations and delivery estimates differ. Sending a total quantity alone does not identify what needs to be quoted.

Include the destination and postal code

Give the delivery country and postal code together, and state any known access or location details you want DSPR to check. A country name alone does not identify every delivery area. Published estimates apply to eligible US and Europe addresses; remote areas and outlying islands, including US island territories, are excluded. Ask DSPR to confirm coverage for your actual destination before relying on a planning amount. If the address is not decided, explain that and request a provisional discussion; update the destination before confirming the final quote.

Describe changes that affect the proposed shipment

List custom length, width or thickness with units, plus changes to accessories or layout. A platform enquiry should identify the chosen model and requested canopy, counter or seating changes; a slide enquiry should use the slide’s own specification questions. Keep unresolved dimensions clearly marked. Ask DSPR to confirm the packed size, package count and other shipment details when they matter to your project. Product photographs and inflated dimensions do not establish packed measurements. If you change the product or package after discussing freight, ask for the delivery part of the quote to be checked again.

Separate the planning estimate from the agreed quote

Ordinary SUP freight is estimated at US$60 per unit, the listed pedal fishing SUP at US$100, and floating platforms at US$800 to eligible US and Europe addresses. Slide freight is confirmed by enquiry. These are planning estimates, not interchangeable rates or final offers. The stated DDP estimate includes import duties and import taxes. Ask the written quote to identify the product and configuration, quantity, delivery destination, product price, custom changes and final freight. This lets you see what is included and what changed without assuming a displayed product-plus-delivery total settles your particular request.

Add your timing question and send the brief to DSPR

State your preferred arrival date and whether it is fixed or flexible. Production begins after design approval; production and transit are separate parts of the schedule. The published estimates are about 10 days plus 15 days for SUPs and about 45 days plus 60 days for floating platforms. Ask DSPR to confirm the proposed project timing, especially for custom changes; do not treat an estimate as a guaranteed arrival. Use the prefilled enquiry checklist to send DSPR your models, destination, changes and timing questions, with your name, email and WhatsApp. The enquiry does not place an order or take payment.
