Approve your design

First design within one working day after payment and receipt of your complete brief. Production starts after your approval.

See it before dispatch

We proactively send photos or video before dispatch, then arrange the agreed delivery.

Cancel without charge before production starts, including after design approval. Change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable once custom production starts. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Estimated DDP freight is about $60 per paddle board or $800 per floating platform to eligible US and Europe addresses. Estimates include duties and import taxes. Final freight may change with your address, quantity, custom dimensions and transport conditions; DSPR confirms it in your quote. Remote areas and outlying islands are excluded.

DSPR products carry a one-year warranty in addition to your mandatory consumer rights. Quality issues are assessed for repair or replacement, depending on the severity of the problem. Contact rio@dsprsup.com with your order details, photographs and a description of the issue.

Custom-made and personalised products are not eligible for non-quality returns. Free cancellation is available until production starts. Quality support, lost-shipment remedies and mandatory consumer rights remain available.

You may cancel without charge and receive a full refund before production starts, including after design approval. Once production of a custom or personalised product has started, cancellation because you change your mind is not refundable. Rights relating to quality issues, lost shipments and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

If your shipment appears to be lost, contact us with your order reference. DSPR will contact the carrier to investigate and handle the case with you. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a refund.
